The cotton fibers of this hammock make it feel much better against my skin than synthetics and fineness of the strings makes for a soft, body-conforming fit. Unlike stiff rope hammocks, when you are in this one, you feell like you are wearing it like a perfect fitting garment. It is very comfortable for one or two people and you can lie in it either lengthwise or across without any part of you extending over the edge. I almost forgot to mention that the colors are gorgeous. My only caution is that you shouldn't wear shoes in it because the strings, though collectively strong enough to support hundreds of pounds, could be torn individually if caught on the edge of something like a sandal buckle, causing you to have to weave a little and tie knots. 0  Short life expectancy, By Verified Purchase(What's this?)
