This high efficiency AC-DC power converter provides a highly regulated output DC voltage of 13.8 Volts at 23 Amps with an AC input of 230 Volts, 50 Hz. These advanced switch-mode DC power supplies were designed specifically for use with land mobile radio. The power supplies produce clean reliable power and are highly filtered to suppress RFI. The unit comes with a detachable power supply cord with �SCHUKO� plug. Features include over-current, short-circuit, over-voltage and over-temperature protection. The AC-DC power supply conforms to EN60950 safety standards and EN55022 class B, EN6100-3-2,3 and EN61000-4-2,3,4,5,6,8,11 EMI/EMC standards.

 Great own 2 of them but if you have a warranty RMA very costly to send to Canada!, This review is from: SAMLEX SEC-1235M AC TO DC 30 AMP SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY (Electronics) Owned a 1235M for 10 months and fan almost never came on then started to run often then finally would never go off even with no load. Samlex said probably a temperature sensor and is replacing the unit. Fan is very noisy. No problem or questions with the 3 year warranty but the RMA was to British Columbia and cost from US was .34 UPS Ground to return. Almost 1/3 the cost of the unit. I purchased the 2nd 1235M about 2 months ago and it and is functioning ok and fan has never come on even while pulling 22 amps. Both worked flawlessly on holding voltage, running cool and supplying current without any issues. However, service or warranty return is costly! It was rock solid and only started to fold back once I reach 35 amps. The only thing I don't like is the power connection. I wish it had a second set of connector for a quick hook up when testing equipment. I will be replacing all of my Astron linear supplies with this model Samlex at repeater sites. 0 |
